  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • pie crust

    Mix brown sugar, butter and flour together in saucepan.

    Mix egg yolks and milk.

    Bring to a boil.

    Pour in other mixture and cook until thick.

    Pour into pie crust.
