  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
  • zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 yellow pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch-long strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Use 3-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut each tortilla into 5 rounds; spray lightly with cooking spray.

    Fold rounds in half, then place, rounded-sides down, between cups of inverted mini muffin pans.

    or until crisp and golden brown; transfer to wire racks.

    Place fish on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
