  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Blend sugar and flour.

    Mix egg yolks with milk and add to dry ingredients.

    Cook in double boiler until thick.
