- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 c. pecans
- 8 oz. butterscotch chips
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar and cream cheese well.

2Add Crisco, eggs, flour and vanilla flavoring one at a time.

3Coat pecans and butterscotch chips with flour.

4Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours in a tube pan.
