Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkg. dry instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside.

    Combine the remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, then 1/3 brown sugar mix, then another layer of first mixture, etc., ending with last of brown sugar and nut mixture on top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
