- 75 grams or 2/3cup butter
- 50 grams or 1/2cup golden granulated sugar
- 100 grams or 7/8cup plain flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to gas mark 5

2In a bowl, cut together the butter and sugar until mixed.

3Add flour and stir with a spoon until moulded together.

4On a clean surface add a sprinkling of flour n roll out mixture.

5You want it to be rolled out thickly so dont press too hard.

6Using a biscuit cutter, trim n cut out.

7Place directly onto baking tray evenly spread apart.

8With a fork, make indents into your biscuits.

9This will help the cooking process.

10Put in the oven until just golden, approx.25mins.

11Transfer to wire to cool for 5mins.
