  • 1 large head cabbage, coarsely shredded
  • 1 roll smoky cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook cabbage just until wilted; drain well.

    Place layer of cabbage in large casserole dish.

    Add half of the cheese, soup and oleo.

    Repeat layers.

    Top with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly and light brown.
