- 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Melt margarine in large saucepan; remove from heat.

4Heat slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.

6Stir in remaining 1 cup skim milk gradually.
