- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Let cabbage stand in cold water for 10 minutes, then shake off water and place in shallow 4-quart casserole.
