- 1 lb. ground beef
- small onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. rice
- 2 to 3 cans water
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onions; set aside.

2Mix together and heat tomato soup, rice and water.

3Add ground beef.

4Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

5Chop cabbage in small pieces and layer on bottom of casserole dish.

6Pour ground beef mixture over cabbage.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Remove from oven and top with grated cheese.

9Return to oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes to melt cheese.
