  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Ro-tel Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 small box Velveeta Cheese

    Heat oven to 423 degrees.

    Wash cabbage, chop into small pieces.

    Cook 10 minutes in 1 cup of water.

    Stir often.

    Will be slightly cooked - set aside.
