  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can apple pie filling or 1 or 2 apples, sliced

Directions

    Combine oats, flour and sugar.

    Cut in butter until crumbly. Place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

    Spoon on apple pie filling or spread out apple slices.

    Sprinkle remaining mixture on top.

    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    You can double this recipe and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
