- 1 small cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Chop cabbage and place in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Brown meat and onion.

3Stir in rice, salt and pepper.

4Spoon mixture over cabbage.

5Bring tomato soup and water to a boil.

6Pour over top and sprinkle with cheese.

7Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
