  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1 small/medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp raw rice

    Cook ground beef, salad oil, onion, salt and pepper until brown and crumbly.

    Pour over chopped cabbage in a 2 qt dish.
