  • 1 large cabbage
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped

Directions

    Cut cabbage into quarters and boil. Saute margarine, onion, flour and bell pepper in a skillet.

    Add water, milk, salt and pepper.

    Place cabbage quarters in a buttered casserole dish and pour soup mixture over the cabbage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375° until bubbly.
