- 1 large cabbage
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cut cabbage into quarters and boil. Saute margarine, onion, flour and bell pepper in a skillet.

2Add water, milk, salt and pepper.

3Place cabbage quarters in a buttered casserole dish and pour soup mixture over the cabbage. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375° until bubbly.
