  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 medium pkg. Velveeta
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Brown beef and drain. Slice cabbage on ground beef and cover. Cook until tender.

    Cut up cheese and add to mixture and sour cream.
  3. 3
    Cook until cheese melts. Pour into casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
