- 1 lb. ground meat with soy protein
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1 medium head cabbage (2 lb.), cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. water
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Saute meat and onions about 10 minutes.

2Pour off liquids, if desired.

3Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings.

4Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

5Add cabbage and rice.

6Stir together, mixing well. Cover; continue to cook 18 to 20 minutes.
