Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 lb. (or less, if preferred) ground meat

Directions

    While cabbage is steaming, brown ground meat, onion, celery and bell pepper. Drain ground meat and add to cabbage.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Mix and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
