  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion (less if it's strong)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. hot water
