- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Beat eggs, cream and seasonings until thoroughly mixed.

2Heat butter in skillet.

3Pour in eggs and cook quickly, lifting edge of omelet so uncooked egg can drain under cooked portion.

4When egg is almost done, add rice and roll omelet.
