Cabbage Ramen Salad

- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed in pkg.
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Shake the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a jar until sugar dissolves.

2Brown the crushed noodles and sesame seeds in a skillet with a small amount of oil.

3When they begin to brown, add the almonds and brown a bit more, watching almonds as they burn easily.

4Cool this mixture.

5Just before serving, combine all ingredients and toss well.
