- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 to 2 eggs

1Brown hamburger with onion; drain.

2Cook rice.

3Cool and mix with hamburger mixture.

4Put 1 whole head of cabbage in boiling water.

5Take 1 leaf off at a time.

6Put meat in.

7Roll; put toothpick in middle to hold together.

8Fry; brown on both sides. Put in baking dish.

9Bake for 1 hour, steaming with water or gravy.
