- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 each onions sliced thin
- 8 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup rice uncooked, converted,
- 1 can soup, tomato 10 oz
- 1 can water
- 3 cups cabbage shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F (160C).

2In large frypan, brown meat in oil for few minutes.

3add onion, salt and pepper.

4Drain.

5Add rice, mix well.

6Add soup and water.

7Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.

8Bake in 325F oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
