- 6 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 qt. tomatoes
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.

2Combine all the ingredients, except water and tomatoes.

3Spoon the meat mixture into the cabbage leaves and roll-up and fasten with a toothpick.

4Pour tomatoes and water over rolls.

5Cover and bake 1 hour at 400°.
