- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook cabbage until tender, drain and then carefully separate leaves from stem.

2Combine meat, onions, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.

3On each cabbage leaf, place several spoons of the mixture.

4Secure with a toothpick and place in a casserole dish. Mix tomato sauce and water; pour over rolls.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is done.
