- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- about 2 c. tomato juice
- 10 or 12 cabbage leaves
Directions

1Separate cabbage leaves.

2Put in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

3Mix hamburger, rice, onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Roll small amount of mixture in hand to form ball.

4Wrap in cabbage leaf.

5Put in greased baking dish.

6Pour tomato juice over until about 3/4 covered.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
