- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 large onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mrs. Dash (original blend)
- 1 can tomato sauce or V-8 juice
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 large head cabbage
Directions

1Pull off about 10 leaves of cabbage; wilt in very hot water. Take raw hamburger and chop up.

2Add onion, salt and pepper.

3Add rice and mix.

4Take cabbage leaf; put ball of hamburger mixture in leaf and add Dash, then roll.

5Place toothpick to hold roll together.

6Place in bottom of pan.

7Cook over medium heat 30 minutes with water just covering.

8Add potatoes, whole and peeled. Sprinkle with Dash.

9Cover and cook until potatoes are done.

10Add juice or sauce and warm.
