- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 medium or 2 small onions
- 1 c. rice
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped, or tomato sauce
- 1 small bottle ketchup
Directions

1Mix together hamburger and sausage; season to taste with onions.

2Beforehand, cook rice until fluffy.

3Add cooked rice to meat mixture.

4Mix tomatoes.

5Mix it all together well.

6Take lose leaves of cabbage.

7Wrap meat mixture in leaves of cabbage, holding together with toothpicks.

8Cover with ketchup.

9Allow enough liquid in pressure cooker to cover ingredients.

10Cook 13 pounds pressure for 8 minutes or if cooked on stove top in open kettle, it will take 3 hours, or 10 pounds pressure for 30 minutes.
