- 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- cabbage leaves
Directions

1Thoroughly mix all ingredients except cabbage leaves.

2Form mixture into balls the size of walnuts.

3Wrap cabbage leaves around balls and secure with toothpicks.

4Place rolls in Dutch oven; cover with water.

5Cook slowly for 45 minutes.
