- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can tomatoes
- milk to mix well
Directions

1`Mix all together except cabbage and tomatoes.

2Put head of cabbage in boiling water until leaves separate.

3Put about 1 tablespoon meat mixture in each leaf; roll up well.

4Add water about halfway over rolls and cook about 1 hour.

5Add tomatoes or tomato soup when almost done.
