- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large cabbage head
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
Directions

1Mix meat, egg, onion, rice, milk and salt together.

2Cut core from cabbage, place cabbage in hot water to separate leaves. Place a small amount of mixture into leaves and secure with a toothpick.

3Lay a few leaves in the bottom of a pan, place rolls on them, and top rolls with a few more leaves.

4Add soup and water over that.

5Simmer 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours.
