- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin with rings separated
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Layer cabbage, green peppers and onions in bowl; do not mix. Cook remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

2Pour hot dressing over vegetables.

3Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4This will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
