- 1 head shredded cabbage
- 1/2 onion, minced or chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- pimento and celery seed (optional)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put cabbage, onion and pepper in large bowl.

2Heat the oil, vinegar and sugar.

3Pour over vegetables and chill.

4Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
