  • 1 bag (16 Oz. Size) Coleslaw Mix, Raw
  • 1/4 cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 ounces, weight Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

    Heat a skillet to medium-high and spray with oil. Stir fry the coleslaw mix until soft (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, dry mustard, and salt.

    Transfer to an oil-sprayed cookie sheet and spread out in a thin, even layer. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles on top. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
