  • 5 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 1 sliced zucchini
  • 1 large tomato, coarsely diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
