- 1 jar Nopalitos (cactus) - (12 ounce)
- 1 sm Jicama
- 2 x Tomatoes
- 1 x Jalapeo
- 2 x Green onions
- 1/3 bn Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions

1Rinse the nopalitos well, and cut into small pcs, about the size of a corn kernel.

2Place the cactus in a bowl.

3Peel the jicama and dice.

4Add in the jicama to the cactus.

5Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.

6Chop the tomatoes and add in to the cactus and jicama mix.

7Cut the meat off the jalapeo, throw away the skin, mince, and add in to cactus mix.

8Mince the green onions and cilantro, and add in to mix.

9Add in salt and blend well.

10Refrigerateand serve.
