  • 1 flat can Hormel ham (5 or 6 oz.)
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (omit if using salad dressing)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco to taste
  • English muffins, buns or whatever, toasted slightly

Directions

    Spread mixture on muffins and top with an additional cheese, if desired.
