  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
  • 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 2), coarsely chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
  • 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

    Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Combine potatoes, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup dressing; spoon around chicken.

    Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing.
