Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce.

    Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.

    Whisk dressing until combined well.
