- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- several croutons
- 1 can anchovies (fillets)
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- olive oil
- 1 lemon
- dash of red wine vinegar
- grated Parmesan cheese
- romaine lettuce
Directions

1Mash to a paste the garlic, croutons and anchovies with a fork in a wooden bowl.

2Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and egg yolk and mix well.

3Slowly pour in olive oil and mix while pouring until creamy.

4Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add dash of red wine vinegar and some grated Parmesan cheese.

5Mix all together.
