Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 clove Garlic, Grated
  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Croutons

Directions

    Wash and cut the romaine lettuce into bite size pieces.

    In a separate bowl combine the grated garlic clove, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. You can also add minced anchovies at this point but I think it makes it too salty. Pour this mixture over the lettuce, mix well and then top with the croutons.

    Add grilled chicken, shrimp or beef. A meal in itself.
