- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
- 1 clove Garlic, Grated
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Croutons
Directions

1Wash and cut the romaine lettuce into bite size pieces.

2In a separate bowl combine the grated garlic clove, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. You can also add minced anchovies at this point but I think it makes it too salty. Pour this mixture over the lettuce, mix well and then top with the croutons.

3Add grilled chicken, shrimp or beef. A meal in itself.
