- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- Luzianne Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine vinegar, lemon juice, margarine and salt in saucepan. Heat mixture, stirring occasionally, until it boils.

2Use for basting.

3Grill chicken breasts over medium hot coals for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

4Baste frequently and turn chicken every 2 to 3 minutes while grilling.

5Sprinkle generously with Cajun seasoning for the last 2 minutes of cooking.

6Excellent served with broccoli and baked potatoes.
