- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Cajun stewed tomatoes
- 1 (7.4 oz.) box red beans and rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions

1Combine the ground chuck and onion in large soup pot.

2Cook over medium to medium high heat until meat has browned.

3Add remaining ingredients (including the seasoning packet from the beans and rice mix) and bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat to low and cook covered for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

5If you like your chili hotter, simply add more Cajun seasoning.
