- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar added to milk to make 1 c.
Directions

1Boil first 3 ingredients and pour over the next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Pour into a 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet. Mixture will be thin. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Frost with peanut butter frosting.
