  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix- Any Brand, 18 Ounce Box
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer until just combined and forms a stiff dough. Refrigerate for about an hour. Roll into balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for at least 2 minutes and then move to wire rack to finish cooling.
