  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. cold water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in mixing bowl.

    Pour into greased 8-inch round pans (2).

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.

    May also be used for cupcakes.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
