Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 12 cup carrot
  • 12 celery
  • 12 cup onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Cook chicken.

    Meawhile steam the veggies and cook until tender.

    In another saucepan melt butter than add flour whisk and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add the milk and chicken bullion and simmer until thickened.

    Add cheese and mix well.

    Then mix the veggies and chicken with the white cheese sauce

    Pour mixture into pie crust (you can add another crust on top).

    Bake @ 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
