- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

11. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla together until bright yellow and foamy. Add water and beat well.
