- 2 lb. cubed beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cilantro, dried or 1 bunch fresh
- water
- about 8 carrots, sliced
- 1 piece of corn on the cob or more for each person
- zucchini, depending on size, using 1-inch diameter and 6 inches length, about 6, sliced
- 1 head cabbage
Directions

1Boil first four ingredients together.

2Add enough water to keep covered.

3Cook until meat is tender (approximately 2 hours). During last 1/2 hour of cooking add sliced carrots.

4About 10 minutes later, add corn on the cob. Then during the last 10 minutes add sliced zucchini and cabbage.

5Serve in bowls.

6Add fresh lime to each serving.
