Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 12 butter crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Drain corn and beans.

    Mix with green pepper, onion and celery in bowl.

    Add cheese and sour cream; mix well.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Toss cracker crumbs with margarine in a bowl.

    Sprinkle over vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
